Abstract Mud

Have you ever really looked at mud? Really looked at it?
I was walking along, and noticed the pattern of cracks, and had to capture a few of them.
I am linking this with Nature Footstep Abstract.

No....but now I have!! hehehe, it is interesting!!

You can take or share any image I share, that candle thing was amazing!! Our wooden fences stay up year round, for snow in winter and to protect the dunes year round. That's why they are called beach fences and not snow fences!!

I love how you captured the layers. I have seen cracked mud but I didn't notice it would dry in layers.

Very observant to see how mud can be interesting....playing with mud is fun when you do it in photos!

Interesting how it seems to dry in layers. I think having a camera in one's hands is a great incentive to "really look" at things we usually don't notice.

(I was on vacation, so just catching up on commenting. I didn't post for the last 2 weeks, but my current post can be found here: http://proartz.blogspot.com/2014/09/digital-art-92414-gaillardia.html)
