Water

The ice is melting, and the little streams are flowing again.

When my daughter saw this last photo, she started wondering about ice alligators. She wanted there to be woolly alligators, like woolly mammoths, but I pointed out that their long coats would get in their mouths, in the water, so the hair had to go, in the story of the ice alligators.

Hi Judy, I see you have your lilac header up. It's going to be at least May before mine are blooming. So much winter damage to the bushes, I hope that won't decrease the blooms by very much.

The ripples in the 2nd photo are very interesting. I wonder what makes them that way?

And I see the ice alligator! Your daughter has a good eye! And a wonderful imagination.
